We propose alternative solutions and verify them within feasibility analysis and cost-benefit analysis (CBA). We identify pros and cons and provide for relevant decision-making arguments.
4. PROJECT DESIGN AND FUNDING
We help to plan implementation of both the investment and non-investment projects. We monitor funding opportunities to enable implementation of the projects and support grant application processing in a proper time.
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING
We guide you in the entry steps of the project implementation. We, together, set up the key steps in the project process and build a capacity of the project team to reach the project goals.
