I am founder and leader of RPIC – ViP Ltd. since 1998. In this role I am committed to develop free and creative culture to engage talents of all my colleagues. 2001 – 2005: development and management of the outplacement program to support restructuring of the Czech steel industry; services to more than 10,000 people
2003 – 2004: strategic consulting to prepare the Czech Republic for absorption of EU structural funds within the international team of consultants implementing the „AbCap – Finalizing of Structures and Measures to Increase and Absorption Capacity on the National and Regional Levels” project.
2002 – 2017 cont.: R&D and application of programs to measure and develop transversal soft skills in the initial education and lifelong learning. Our programs have been transferred and adapted to a majority of EU Member States and more than 50,000 people from child to senior age enjoyed our trainings.
2009 – 2011: strategic consulting and management of the “Transferability of skills across economic sectors in Europe” study for DG Employment of the European Commission.
2012 – 2017 cont.: development and application of the „Powerful Workplace“ program to measure and develop organization culture in which people can, want and know-how to perform their best.
2011 – 2017 cont.: initiation of the Territorial Employment Pacts in the Czech Republic as a good practice transfer from Austria and inspiration from OECD LEED Forum on Partnerships and local development.
2013 – 2015: strategic consulting and facilitation of the process to develop National and Regional RIS3 strategies in the Czech Republic.
2005 – 2016: strategic consulting and facilitation of the process to develop and upgrade Vision and Strategy of Ostrava City (3rd largest city in the Czech Republic) in 3 consecutive phases (2005, 2008, 2016).
2016 – 2017 cont.: strategic consulting in the Czech Government’s program of Economic transformation of the 3 regions mostly influenced by the industrial restructuring.
