We help to develop powerful workplace culture in which people want, can and know how to perform their best. Since 2000 we have trained more than 30,000 people and consulted to several hundreds of firms and organizations.
We develop soft skills systematically on a European level through Soft Skillers concept offering training programs and diagnostic tool to assess internal motivation of individuals to use their soft skills.
We analyse organizational culture and training needs, develop strategies of human resources development, provide for training and individual coaching, training of internal trainers to measure the training needs, develop soft skills and measure again the results.
People development process means for us an experience of building relations with clients. We have designed HR systems, management processes and development plans in private companies and public organizations, and guided their implementation, including evaluation of results. We realized hundreds of company culture audits, trainings and coaching sessions focused on various topics.
